Established in 1976 by choreographer and theatre director Damir Zlatar Frey, one of the pioneers of Slovenian dance theatre, the Celje Dance Forum has since run a quality dance education programme for children and young people, and produced several acclaimed full-length dance performances presented at home and abroad.
