The Celeia Celje Institute - Centre for Contemporary Arts manages the Celje Gallery of Contemporary Art, Likovni salon Celje, and Račka Gallery of Erotic Art, and was the first art institution in Slovenia to systematically introduce artist-in-residence activities into its programme.
